Practical bookkeeping built around reconciliations, clear reporting and responsive service
QTax Online provides remote bookkeeping and tax-ready accounting support for small businesses, founders, freelancers and growing teams, with dedicated service pathways for the United States and United Kingdom.
Who coordinates QTax
QTax Online is coordinated by Malik Qaiser, an accounting and bookkeeping professional with more than seven years of practical experience. His work includes bookkeeping, account cleanup, bank reconciliation, receivables and payables, tax-ready management reports and practical use of QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books and Wave.
What we focus on
Our core service is bookkeeping: organizing transactions, reconciling financial accounts, producing useful financial reports and maintaining records that are easier to use when tax returns are prepared. Services include recurring monthly bookkeeping, annual catch-up work, accounting-system setup and a higher-touch designated accountant plan.
How we work
Every engagement should begin with a defined scope, records checklist, pricing basis and communication process. Questions are flagged rather than guessed, reconciliations are treated as a core quality-control step, and reporting is designed to be understandable to business owners as well as tax professionals.
Professional boundaries
Tax, legal and regulated accounting services differ by jurisdiction. QTax only describes credentials, filing authority, regulated status or assurance services that are actually established for the engagement. Where a matter requires a locally authorized or regulated professional, that requirement should be confirmed separately.
