Prices generated by website calculators are non-binding estimates until the scope, records and complexity are reviewed and a fee is agreed.

No engagement by form submission

Submitting a chat message, form or quote request does not create an accountant-client, tax-adviser-client or legal relationship. An engagement begins only after scope, responsibilities and fees are agreed.

Third-party fees

Software subscriptions, government filing charges, registered-agent fees, payment-processing fees and other third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included in writing.

Service scope

Services are limited to the work agreed for the engagement. Tax and legal obligations depend on jurisdiction and facts, and QTax should not represent professional authority or regulated status that it does not hold.
